Hello! I’m Christine Golder. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) located in Victoria BC. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Education and master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I work with adult and teen clients from all walks of life.

I specialize in neurodiversity (ADHD, Anxiety & Autism), relationships, mid-life transitions and navigating career and life changes. I also offer postpartum and parenting support. I offer a FREE online consultation for all new clients. You do not need to have a formal diagnosis in order to see me.

I am trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming. I provide a safe, confidential space for clients to talk about their lives, relationships, and mental health challenges without fear of judgement. I enjoy helping clients find strategies to feel more socially connected, emotionally regulated, and supported in their schools, work places and communities.

Golder Counselling is located in Victoria, BC, Canada. The counselling process provides clients with the opportunity to learn more about themselves and gain a better understanding of their own personality, values, and beliefs. Counselling aims to increases self-awareness and personal insight and helps clients plan how to make changes in their lives.
